Warman Physiotherapy & Wellness is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong interest in working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic environment.

A Unique Opportunity
We are currently offering a rare opportunity for one or more therapists to join our team in a role that combines:
- Immediate onboarding for the right candidate
- A full caseload ready to transfer at our Warman location (transitioning late May / early June)
- The ability to begin booking in advance to ensure a smooth and full schedule upon transition
With clients currently booking 2–6 weeks in advance, this role offers immediate demand and the opportunity to build a full, sustainable caseload quickly.
There is also the opportunity to expand your caseload within our Saskatoon location, based on your interests and desired schedule.

Compensation is based on a clear, structured percentage split that reflects therapist engagement and performance.
Clinical Interests & Growth
We support therapists in developing areas of interest such as:
- Injury management (SGI/WCB)
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Pediatric and family care
- Sports and rehabilitation-focused treatment
- Techniques such as cupping, visceral manipulation, fascial work, and other continuing education
Continuing education is supported on a case-by-case basis.
Who You Are
You are a therapist who is:
- Passionate, motivated, and interested in ongoing learning
- Excited to work in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Comfortable working in a family-friendly, active clinic setting
- Interested in building a practice that goes beyond relaxation-focused care
This role is best suited for therapists interested in active, collaborative care, and may not be the right fit for a relaxation-only practice style.
New graduates and experienced therapists are both encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements
- Registration in good standing with MTAS, NHPC, or equivalent
- Eligibility to work with SGI/WCB is an asset

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
We are looking for a therapist that has training in the area of pelvic health and is looking for a supportive team environment for developing their skills through mentorship and collaboration.
Our vision is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to our clients in a non-judgmental environment that allows our clients to reach their health and wellness goals at any age.
Warman Physio has built a strong team of therapists with close working relationships with many allied healthcare providers, organizations, and we are involved with our communities.
At this time a focused mentorship will be available to any candidate including:
- Pelvic Health
- Pediatric Pelvic Health
- Manual Therapy
- TMJ assessment and treatment
- Integrated Systems Model (ISM) approach
- Dry needling
- Chronic Disease Management
- Case management
- Third party payers

Applicants with manual therapy levels, acupuncture or dry needling, vestibular therapy, pelvic health training, and other coursework would be an asset but is not required to apply.

Wondering about renumeration? Competitive compensation with opportunity for advancement is available in one of two formats. There is significant support and guidance in building and maintaining a caseload, including file management, follow-up care, and ensuring client resolution. There is the opportunity to set-up education allowances, sick days, and RRSP contributions. Each of our clinics hosts private treatment rooms, and will have available clinical mentorship.
Minimum requirements:
- Registered member (in good standing) with SCPT
- Training/coursework within pelvic health (or plan to achieve the same)

We work together as a team at Warman Physio. An individual that would be an asset to the team is looking for a work environment that is supportive, and family friendly. They have a strong desire for life-long learning, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are grateful to have the ability to work with a registered social workers, SLP, fitness instructor, physiotherapists and massage therapists in our Warman location. We would love to develop a team at the Saskatoon location as well.
Applicants should be in good standing with the regulatory body, have their appropriate licensure, and have completed the education for the position they are requesting.
Various compensation options available including annual education allowances. Contracts are set-up as independent contractors.
