HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ELIGIBLE for Covered Motor Vehicle services?
Often with motor vehicle accidents we think to go to the doctor before seeking any other kind of care. A referral to Physiotherapy may be obtained at this initial visit with the doctor. Depending on the circumstances a referral may be obtained at a later date if needed. Physiotherapy assessment and treatment is often suggested for anyone that has obtained any:
- whiplash injury
- impact injury
- sprains, strains, or breaks
- other bruising and injury sustained during the accident
WHAT DO I HAVE TO PAY?
You may not have to pay up front if you have informed the staff that you are coming due to a vehicle collision. If you have any questions on payment please contact us for more information.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Physiotherapists are able to provide assessment and treatment to help you return to full pre-accident functioning. This treatment may consist of manual therapy, exercise therapy, stretching, and potentially a return to work program.
