Jessica Braun

Jessica Braun is a Registered Dietitian who graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2019 with a degree in Nutrition before successfully completing the national registration examination. Since then, she has gained experience working in clinical nutrition, home care, outpatient services, and long-term care across Alberta and Saskatchewan, giving her a well-rounded perspective on supporting clients through every stage of life.

Jessica is passionate about helping individuals and families build positive, sustainable relationships with food. She works with clients of all ages, supporting concerns including digestive and gut health, chronic disease management, picky eating, infant and toddler feeding, meal planning, disease prevention, and everyday nutrition. She has a special interest in pediatric nutrition and enjoys partnering with families to help children thrive while supporting parents with practical, realistic strategies.

Jessica believes nutrition care should be personalized, collaborative, and free from judgment. She practices from a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size® (HAES®), and anti-diet perspective, respecting each client’s autonomy and recognizing that health looks different for everyone. Her goal is to empower clients with evidence-based information and practical tools that fit their lifestyle, values, and goals.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons, Theo and Oz, and their dog, Lucy. She loves cooking, learning about food, reading fantasy and science fiction novels, playing video games, and cheering on her favourite sports teams. As both a dietitian and a parent, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is connecting with other families and helping them feel confident in nourishing themselves and their children.
