Kendra Usunier
Kendra graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2008 with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physiotherapy before completing her Master of Clinical Science in Manipulative Therapy at Western University in 2015. She has practiced in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba and was excited to return to Saskatchewan to continue serving the Warman community she feels so connected to.
Kendra is passionate about providing evidence-based, individualized care and is committed to lifelong learning. Her primary clinical interests are orthopaedics and women’s health, and she has completed extensive post-graduate training in both areas. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), an internationally recognized designation recognizing advanced training and expertise in manual therapy.
Kendra treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with special interests in spinal assessment and treatment, sports rehabilitation, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, prenatal and postpartum care, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and general orthopaedic injuries. She has also completed advanced training in acupuncture, pain management, and myofascial release, allowing her to tailor treatment plans to each individual’s needs and goals.
Beyond the clinic, Kendra is passionate about advancing the physiotherapy profession through education. She assists in teaching musculoskeletal physiotherapy courses at the University of Saskatchewan and contributes to the Canadian Orthopaedic Division Syllabus, helping to mentor the next generation of physiotherapists.
When she’s not at work, Kendra enjoys spending time with her family. You’ll often find her running, playing soccer, practicing yoga, or enjoying an active lifestyle with her family.
